Knows what he is doing but doesn't use all that lawyer talk, easy to talk to and listens to any and all concerns. Goes above and beyond to get information that pertains to your case. Choosing Waynick Law was the best decision I made for my defense team. He was able to answer all questions and explain how and why. I had multiple felony charges against me and facing years of prison time and Attorney Rodger Waynick, the prevailer of Justice, got the charges dismissed!!!!  Everyone told me that Rodger Waynick is “THE GO TO GUY” and they were right. Thank God I put my case in Rodger Waynick’s hands. Undoubtedly the BEST OF THE BEST.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I needed an attorney in the Dickson TN area and I was located out of state. I actually read the Google reviews and based on that called Rodger Waynick.
I explained the situation, he was honest and advised that my case would be a long shot, but was willing to try. That is all I could ask for. We communicated via email mostly with a few phone calls. He never gave false expectations and pursued/exhausted all avenues, until we eventually received the outcome we were hoping for! I truly believe without his diligence and persistence, that the end result would have been negative instead of positive.
I cannot thank him enough for his professionalism, assistance and kindness in helping to recover property from my now deceased husband during a traffic stop in 2020.
I would definitely recommend Rodger Waynick to anyone who would need legal counsel.
